Your satisfaction is very important to us.  As our company expands, so will our ability to process returns.  Currently we do not offer a standard return option.  However, if you feel that you have received a product that is defective or has a quality issue, please submit a RA request (return authorization) within 7 business days of delivery for consideration.  Returns will be considered on a case by case basis and when authorized will be calculated on the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges. 

When a RA (return authorization) is granted, the item must be returned in original condition, in original packaging, unwashed, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure credit.

Refunds are issued in the same form of payment used to complete the purchase, in approximately 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
Credit will be issued to the original purchaser.

It is important that you submit your Return Authorization request IMMEDIATELY upon delivery in order for you to receive an authorization number and instructions for shipping.  If you do not contact us prior to returning the item, you are responsible for all shipping fees and may not be granted a return.  ALL ORDERS RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR RETURNED. 

 We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect and a RA is approved prior to shipping the return.

Once your RA is approved, you will receive an email with directions for completing and shipping the return.
