Need help deciding which size is best for you?  Our products are tested and worn daily by our staff.   If you are between sizes and unsure about which to choose, please consider that the smaller size will offer more constraint.

Order Status
You may check the status of your order by logging in to your account.  If you do not have an account at www.chieki.com, please refer to your order confirmation email(s) for information regarding your order status.  The best way to keep track of your order is to open an account with us. 

Cancellations
Occasionally, an order may be cancelled by our system.  This is usually the result of one of the following reasons:

• the item becomes unavailable
• difficulty in processing your payment information
• inability to ship to address provided
• duplicate order

You will receive an email regarding any cancellations with details and reasons.  Unfortunately, once an order has been cancelled by our internal system, it can not be revived.  Please resubmit your order with the corrected information at www.chieki.com.

Customer Requested Cancellations

Because our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately, you cannot cancel or change an order once it has been submitted*.

*If your payment was returned "unable to process" you will be asked to correct the payment information submitted; During this time, you may request that the order be cancelled.

Forms of Payment
For your convenience, we securely accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Chieki gift certificates.  Your credit card is charged as soon as your order is placed.  Sorry we can not accept COD, ECheck, or American Express at this time, but are continually working toward expanding our payment options. 

Sales Tax
Orders shipped to a Wisconsin resident are charged sales tax. 

Coupons
Don't you just love coupons!  From time to time, so do we!  To redeem a coupon, enter the code when checking out.  Coupons may not be combined with any other offer or used in multiples within an order.

Gift Certificates
Enter your gift certificate code when checking out.

Shipping Rules & Restrictions
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Tuesday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout.
Your shipping time begins once the order has been fulfilled and is picked up by the carrier.

Item Availability
Please note the the availability of a product on the detail page as "In-Stock" or "Backorder".  While most of our products are In-Stock, and ready to be shipped right to you, occasionally we may have customer favorites that are backordered (Out-of-Stock) but may still be purchased. 

In-Stock Products
 
Please Note:  Shipping times are approximate, do not include order fulfillment times, and commence when your order is picked up by the shipping carrier (Fed Ex, etc...). 

Most In-Stock orders placed before 3 p.m. Central Standard Time  begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed.  Our business days are Tuesday - Friday, with the exception of US Federal Holidays.  If you place an order on a holiday, you order will be processed and begin shipping immediately on the first business day to follow. 
Before an order is shipped it must be located in stock, approved for payment, and the shipping address verified. 

Backorder Items
Items that are TEMPORARILY out of stock, but available for purchase are considered BACKORDERED.  We apologize for the delay because we know how much you want to Look Chieki!  We typically fulfill backorder items within 4 weeks and will keep you informed via e-mail on the status of your order.

Shipping Methods

You will see a few different shipping methods available when you are in the checkout process.  You will be able to select the method which you prefer, including options for expedited shipping.  The total charges will automatically compute and you will be able to verify the totals prior to the completion of your order. 

Expedited Shipping
Usually, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for expedited delivery.  For shipping upgrades, your order must be cleared by 12 p.m. central standard time or it may not be processed until the following business day (Tuesday - Friday excluding Federal holidays). 

International Shipping
Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

PO Boxes
Unfortunately, delivery to Post Office Boxes is not available at this time.

 

Tracking your Order   (top)

Upon processing your order, a tracking number will be assigned to your package and you will receive an email notification that your package has been sent. The email will include the tracking number for reference. Please note that if you ordered several items, they may not all ship at the same time. If this is the case, tracking numbers will be assigned to each package individually, and you will receIve notice and tracking numbers as each package is sent.

For your convenience, the tracking number(s) will also be available from your online account. You may view your order history which will include the details of your order. For assistance or if you are experiencing difficulty locating any desired information, please contact us.

It is our goal to make every reasonable effort to answer all of your questions; however, once a tracking number has been assigned, your package leaves our control and your questions should be directed to the shipping company (Fed Ex, etc...).

Can't decide which color to choose?  Chieki Certificates are the perfect choice every time!  The electronic certificates are available the same day your order is placed.  Your certificate amount will be credited to your account where so you will be able to choose how much of your certificate you would like to send as a gift.  Send to one person or brake down the balance and send to multiple recipients; you can even include a personal note!  With our system, the email will list YOU as the sender to ensure your recipient recognizes the address and opens the mail.  Its easy, quick and always a hit!
